Year 1237 of the Current Era:
The Demonspawn share the same tragic past as the Darkspawn, but with a darker twist. While the Darkspawn were corrupted by Onduni, some of their kin succumbed entirely to demonic influence, interbreeding with demons. This unholy union produced deformed offspring, bearing horns, hooves, and other demonic traits, yet still retaining elven ears and features.
The Darkspawn despise the Demonspawn, tolerating their existence only by decree of the sorcerer-emperor. Forced to live in exile, they now inhabit the southernmost marshlands of Akal, where the land is swampy, humid, and petrified.
The Demonspawn do not build great cities, instead living in rudimentary tribal camps, organizing bloody raids against other races at the whims of their demonic lords. From their infernal lineage, they inherited not only strength and monstrous appearances but also a cruel, sadistic nature.
Their pastimes are brutal and perverse, indulging in merciless hunts and twisted games that exist purely for the pleasure of their demonic masters.
